In hand showing

Hi,
I'm going to show my 2 year olds at some local shows, maybe at county level and I wanted to check what they should wear. They'd be doing warmblood or sports horse classses, and I was going to put them in a bridle with a rubber bit and coupling with leather lead, does that sound correct?! M y concern is they are fairly sharp but hoping that would give me enough control!

Quick answer, yes I think thats fine, my baby will be shown in brown leather bridle, rubber bit (just straight, soft rubber), and a leather lead rein attached to a three-point connector (that connects to both bit rings and also the noseband, cos shes a baby and its softer).
