In light of the Animal communicator threads, have any of you had a reading yourselves

Both me and my friend are REALLY keen to visit a clairvoyant/pschic etc, and after recently splitting with my bf of nearly 5 years would love to be able to try and get some info about my "future" etc!
I'm really quite sceptical though, and would need to have what they say proven to be correct before I am converted to be a "believer"!!

Have any of you had a reading done and can recommend them, or a person that does them? (prefereably Leics/EMids area!), my friend knows of a really good one (where Cheryl Cole actually goes!) from when she was at uni in Newcastle, but this is obviously quite far away and she has a three month waiting list!!!!

Yes, I've had a few. Was very sceptical for the first one, but it was amazing.

She knew my ex boyfriends name, said some very relevant things about me and him, very detailed. She told me I'd find happiness with a younger, fair haired man, this has come true.
She got into contact with my dead grandfather. She knew how he died and he apologised for his behaviour at the end, it wasn't really him. (He had a brain tumour and his behaviour was violent towards the end, which he never was.)

She knew I rode, told me to be careful, I was going to have a bad accident (I have broken my back.)

She described my dogs to me.

I can't remember all the details, but much of what she said I felt was good. She knew his name!!!

The second time I had 2 tarrot card readings. Again, was a bit sceptical, but it was really good. She told me what the cards meant before she turned them over and they were really quite accurate!
For example, my boyfriend is ginger and has a very strong/ dominant personality. The card for him came out as a ginger man in a very strong looking pose, made me laugh!

There were other things as well, all were relevant. Predicted me a good future, a long and happy life, so I'm hoping that it comes true!

I would definately give it a go and go with an open mind. I'm not anywhere near you, but I'm sure you'll find someone good.

Yes to both!! Both are brilliant, but I cant emphasize enough how important it is to get someone recommended. There are people out there who are fakes, so recommendation is very important.

Yes, Ive been to a couple of different ones. I have to say that I am not really impressed. Some things they get right but in general it is wrong. The last lady said Id have a new job and move by end november and that I'd find a lovely man in that timescale too! Needless to say that I am still doing my old job and the man thing is just never going to happen!

I am sure there are some that are spot on like the lady in the above post, but all my readings have not been fruitful.

I am now going to see what life throws at me!

yes ... i have been to a few, mostly bad ones.. and one amazing one ..the amazing one, when i walked into the room, the very first thing she is said is oh steve is with you and he wants to say hi kidda (he was my nephews dad who had died a couple of years before) (and always called me kidda!! ) ..

The second thing she said was i have 2 horses here.. they want to give you carrots and are rubbing on you ..and saying thankyou ..she went on to describe my 2 horses that had been pts and described where their pain had been ...(she was spot on!! ..i went through lots of tissues at this stage!!) I went to this lady a few times, she told me all about my daughter that was waiting for me and my o/h to get our 'act together' so she could be born (was not planning on ever having kids tbh so i took this with a pinch of salt.. 4years later i had a bit of a surprise pregnancy...and then a little girl!! ) this lady has convinced me completly that some people do have a very special 'gift' ..it's just a shame that there are so many cons around .. oh and she charged very little for her time.. the reading lasted as long as she had msges (never had a shorter reading than 20mins off her and generally over a hour depending on what she has had to say ... ) oh and lastly .. i phoned her to make an appointment one night (she lives 2counties away..) and she said ooo what have you done to your hair?? i had had it dyed red from blonde!!! lol .. x

Oh, I'd love one - I also would love to be regressed as I fidn that fascinating!! Lol

I would love an animal communicator to come see my horse as I reckon he'd be a real 'chatter'. i'd also be interested to find out why my pony has always been a neurotic individual. I assume something happened to him in his past as I know he had a few homes. If anyone has had any really good experiences with communicators in Yorkshire then I'd love to know!

Where you recommended to try her? Where is she based??

hiya.. she is based in Runcorn, and yes she was recommended to me by my friends mum, (who was a complete sceptic till she had a reading from her! lol) unfortunatley she doesn't really do it for a living, she goes to spiritulist churches and reads there more than private readings, so getting a private reading is very difficult, ..sorry but i would recommend that you find a local spiritulist church and go along there.. its normally free to go in and you will soon be put in touch with a decent medium in your area ...good luck xx

My friend went with her friend for a reading, my friend was sitting there and the one who was having a reading was going, erm no, no etc

Turned out my friend started to listen as she wasn't really as she was just there for support and the the messages were for her ! and were very accurate.
