Preferably unbacked. Yes, sooooo many coloureds but hardly any bigger solid colours. Have looked through dragon driving, yes but can't see anything quality enough.

disappears with the chainsaw to cut Ted off at the knees. Bring your lorry in the morning, he is free and comes with a headcollar and bag of pony nuts.

But they're like hens teeth! I want a gelding, solid colour, 3 year old, heavy cob, to make 14.3 - 15hh. Any ideas?

Have you joined Proper Cobs on Facebook? It might be worth your while if you haven't, lots of good quality cob breeders on there and many solid colours.

Defo worth approaching 'proper' breeders. They rarely advertise loads due to numbers - send them all your specifications and they'll have one (or a few) tucked in field hidden somewhere. They know their stuff when it comes to the cobs as it's their way of life virtually and know what a good cob is and matching then to owners.

How do I find the good breeders though?
