I have several pairs of the padded equine underwear. Horrid things, feel like you've got half you underwear drawer shoved down your knickers but in the saddle they are comfortable. I used to get horrendous saddle sores - changed my saddle to a wow and all those big knickers now make great dusters.

I only own thongs! Well apart from a few pairs of very unsuitable french knicker things, which are rarely worn outside the house

But made the mistake of doing a day long 25 mile hack wearing a thong - literally still bear the scar from the cut that resulted. Couldn't sit down without pain for about a week.

How much do you guys move about in the saddle? Or are you just wearing the wrong breeches.
The only thing i worry about is a VPL.

The best riding underwear I own is big granny pants I bought from from Victoria's Secrets in America. Anything else and I get a wedgie.

I have no idea how people wear thongs I just don't get on with them at all riding or not.

Big knickers all the way a size too big works wonders. For shows I have girlie boxers/shorts type thingys very comfortable!
Sod having a VPL comfort is far more important!
Had to explain to OH a while ago that I was a bit sore due to
unsuitable underwear! All he did was laugh!

I've had no problem riding in any type of under garment but I've got a fabulous Lovatt & Rickets Event fitted with a Griffin Nuumed Seat saver.

Failing that M&S paHi Leg panties work in any other saddle!!!

Girly boxers I find are best. I have ridden in OH's pants before now due to having not done the washing

and they were surprisingly comfortable.

I ride in big cotton knickers from Primark! and always always a sports bra - I'm a 32J so need to!

I have recently spashed out on a sports bra due to too much bounce!

not cheap but worth it if your big in the boob department like me.

I can ride in a thong but only for short periods of time, otherwise big pants are the way forward!
