Indoor school day hire in Lancs

Can anyone tell me of any indoor schools for hire in the Lancs area for a day. Am trying to put on a western riding demo day, the big indoor centres are too expensive and booked up anyway for 27th March. Needs to be min 20 by 40m, with a viewing area and some parking.

is there any more in Lancs?

You could also try Crowwood, but it is only a 20 x 40 indoor so maybe a bit tight on size and there's no viewing gallery as such, only the classroom with windows so no good for listening to what's going on :(
 
Thanks again Mrs Pink. Have ruled out Crowwood as no gallery. Am inprocess of trying Lands Farm... a 20x40m is fine for what we need, but do need a gallery and parking area.
 
Hmmm you have got most of the ones I know. The only other place is Valiants but I do not know whether they are hiring out at the moment. It is slightly more off the beaten track (about 10-15min from Garstang A6 junction). However it does have viewing space upstairs, viewing from the cafe, standing viewing on the ground floor, a collecting ring, and a large undercover parking area.
