Indoor Schools - How many in Staffordshire/Cheshire/Derbyshire

Here's a few more in Staffordshire:

- Sommerford Farm, Brewood has a small school (quite dark and surface a bit deep but does the job)
- Gunstone near Codsall has an indoor school for livery and lessons (fairly small)
- Upper Hattons also has one for livery and lessons (has quite a few pillars in there!)
 
There is also one at Knowle Hill Farm at Ticknall in Derbyshire. Well, technically speaking there are two within the same building, though one of them is quite small.
 
Hi Webble, my friend is doing her dissertation on how having an indoor school affects the price of livery & competition entries. She is doing some research and it just got me thinking!
 
Just thought of another one!

There's a small yard with an amazing indoor school (and full length outdoor school) opposite Cosford Grange Farm Shop, on the road in between Shifnal and Albrighton in Staffordshire! Used to be a privately-owned yard by a dressage rider I think but now I'm fairly sure they offer livery.
 
Just plotting on a map where the indoor schools are, it's really interesting!

So there seems to be loads in South Staffs!

Can anyone think of anymore in North Staffs, South Derbyshire, South East Cheshire? (The middle of the three counties?)
 
Hi just wondered I noticed on your older posts that u were on a yard in yoxall I'm looking for livery in that area and wondered if u had any spaces, sorry not good with this site not quite used to it yet thanks

So, any more indoor schools we know of? Any smaller livery yards in Staffordshire/Derbyshire/Cheshire with them?
 
There is one near me on Staffordshire /Cheshire borders, so sad it is full of cars at present, but property currently for sale so perhaps it will return to equine use.

I think the riding school along the moor above Biddulph has one.
 
Also in North Staffs are:

Westwood Hall Farm, Leek, Staffs. and Courses for Horses, Brown Edge, Staffs.

The four I have listed are in use, but I don't know if they can be hired out or if they are used soley for lessons or by liveries based on the yard.
 
I didn't realise they had 2 indoor schools!

Are there any other smaller yards that have an indoor in these counties? I bet we've missed some!
 
Broomhall Riding School, Heatley Lane near Nantwich, Cheshire. Was a riding school for years, got rather tatty and run down, but had an indoor. Was sold a year or two ago, don't know if it still operates as a RS.

OP I can't stop racking my brains for indoor schools since you've started this thread, I must have a very sad life!
