Info needed on C Shipley horse trader warwickshire!!! Help!

I brought a horse from this lady on saturday i was told he had no vices quiet cob not ridden for 12 months but easy to do...Got him home and he has reared bolted and wont even let me get near getting on he is dangerous...i know i have been stupid i brought him from the field she seemed nice and offered if i wasnt happy i could take im back...Diff story now she has the money!! Any one else heard of this woman!
 
did she sell as a trader? or private? if she is a trader you have more leeway but would suggest you take legal advice and move quickly.
 
yes she is a trader, i have since heard she buys from the meat man at sales and then sells them to unsuspecting people like me! i have rang trading standards they have advised me to write a recorded letter explaining where i stand and that the horse is here for collection..not sure how that ll go down with her she wouldnt even speak to me today ! i drove all the way to her yard and was told her husband had spent the money she cant give it me back....try another day or leave the horse she will post it!

if anyone is reading this and thinking of buying a horse dont go near this lady however tempted. Take your money elsewhere or you will be dissapointed like me and probably lots of other people. From the way she has behaved she is used to treating people in this way. I have since managed to pass the horse onto my local reputable dealer and i was honest enough to tell him exactly what had happened and take the loss in money as a consequence.. There is no way i could live with myself if i thought i had conned someone and put there life in danger !
