Hi there, Has any one had any personal experience of riding the Camino de Santiago along the Frances way.. I am looking in particular for info about the going, availability of feed, hay and camping and oh yes .... I am doing it on a camel hence the question about the going.. stones and camels are a bad mix...

Wow, that will be some expedition! I have no knowledge or experience of that, just wondering, though they're horsey, if the Long Rider's Guild website might be any good or someone on there who might be able to put you in touch with useful contacts?

On a festive note, have you got to get there by 24th/25th December?! Hope you've got your gift sorted!

You're doing the Camino on a camel?!

that's awesome.
I'd love to do it on a horse! I don't know which route the Frances one is, is that across northern Spain? If so, I'm sure it would be a great sight, a camel going through the city streets of Pamplona or Logrono
