My friends horse has been lame for 3 months. After nerve blocks among other things she was diagnosed with bone spavin in her hock was given injections but they never worked so she was taken into Langfords vet hospital were they found she was also lame on her front legs also they done bone scans nothing came back on her back leg which was the problem but on her front legs she has ringbone. So after further investigation they found it is not bone spavin as thought by the vet it is further up still don`t no what yet. My question is will the ringbone get worse as time goes on and is there any treatment for it. I feel so sorry for my friend as she has been so upset over her lovely horsie.
