Information on horse boxes & trailers

Hi everyone,

My name is Matthew and I am a freelance journalist. I would like your help if possible.

I am going to be writing a detailed article on horseboxes and trailers and would just like some information and help if possible.

My questions are as follows

How many horsebox/farm trailer dealers (both new and used) would you say are there in the UK?

My second question is who would you say the major brands are? For example Ifor Williams?

If I could get some sort of ideas of educated guesses then it would be really helpful for me.

In the UK there are the following trailer manufacturers:
Ifor
Bateson
Equitrek
Wessex
Nugent

As to horseboxes there are many ....

Use google to look at manufacturers websites and you'll get the dealers ....
