Hi all, I’m thinking of buying some magnetic or infrared boots/rug / massage pad for post XC/ hard work but I’m wondering if they are actually worth it? I know basically nothing about them so anything is helpful! what do they do/ how do they help? what are the best ones? which is best for what reason out of the three: infrared, magnetic, or massage/therapy products?
