Ingatestone has announced on thier website that they will be holding a rug sale on Sat 17th Sept. In store only.

I will be going, I need to kit my girl out for the winter.
 
Try to get there as early as possible, I went last year and didn't end of getting a thing. Either all the sizes left were small or the odd rug in his size had such a small reduction it wasn't worth it.
 
Thank heavens I'm away, I hate wandering up there to get something trivial like a hoof pick and getting caught in the sale mayhem!
 
I think it's overrated to be honest....all the decent/normal stuff (of which there never seems to be much) goes in the first morning, then they try and flog the 4'3" and 7' purple monstrosities for months afterwards :p
 
I am going this weekend too to have a mouch about again, need some more bits and pieces for his lordship poo stain master of the universe lol
No doubt will go too on the 17th as I am after a lightweight t/o and stable rug at least for now.
 
Will go up there for when it opens. So if you see a smallish brunette fighting her way through the people, that will be me! ;)

I still need a Middle weight TO and Heavy weight Stable.
 
Having to been up to Frogpool in their rug sale, which was FANTASTIC!! I went quite excitedly to Ingatestones one last year, i was one of the first at the door (of about 5 people, :rolleyes: lol) Wondering why it was not that busy. At Frogpool the que was mahoosive. Was one of the first through the door straight to the rug sale and was very dissappointed, was in the marquee for less than 2 mins and came away with nothing apart from the bags of feed i also needed :(. I was expecting loads of people and a fight to the rugs, i had my bashing elbows at the ready. :D But no.

You never know it may be better this year. Let us know how you get on. :)
