Ingatestone ..worth a trip ?? :)

Where do you manage to buy the same stuff cheaper? By the time I've added on postage and had to stay in for delivery, and had the hassle of sending back if it doesn't fit I find Ingatestone works out a reasonable option. Please share your shopping secrets!

I buy things together to avoid hefty postage, I don't wait in for delivery (safe place) and I only order stuff I know I need / check sizings etc first. Since ISC has a very limited range, I generally find that, by careful internet shopping I can avoid having to deal with their unhelpful staff and save a bit - or at least not be out of pocket - AND have access to a far greater range available on t'internet.

But my ss lives in Chelmsford .. Maybe it's u justfindingthedecorations ?

That's not really how this is meant to work. You can't just ask everybody who might live in the right area...

:D .... Hahahahahahahaha I'm doing detective work :) just really excited ..and want to thank ss
:D hahahahaha I'm like a small child ! But I haven't opened it !!

Not unless you want to play Not So Secret, Slightly Less Festive Santa...

Detective work is subtle investigation, casual inquiry, sometimes undercover - what you're doing is uniformed police work - going door to door and knocking and asking people outright "Did you commit this crime?! Go on admit it!"

I started the thread in an undercover way .. But like when I play cluedo ..I can't wait and rush to the finish .. Normally with half the story and hopelessly wrong ! :D hahahahaha tbh I thought my idea was genius :p but maybe not :) 10/10 for effort though right ?

A+ for effort!

I like the cafe and I buy feed from there, tbh you can find nicer stuff on the net at better prices, not worth the trip I would say (but then maybe I'm spoilt having it on my doorstep lol)

I live about 20 minutes from there, and used to love going. Last 3 times I've been for something in particular, they haven't had it in stock in the right size, amd I've left empty handed. Have been quite disappointed with them really.

This; it's also good for picking up things like vet wrap when you run out. I buy feed and bedding there once a month or if I need to get something quickly.

Most online websites are cheaper and have super fast delivery (next day) such as Naylors, Hope Valley etc.
