Injury insurance for running a livery yard

I have been witness to three nasty injuries just recently, all horse related and have wondered what I would do if it were me. I single handedly care for seven horses. How would I afford to pay someone to do the work if I fell ill or was badly injured? The livery is insured third party but I have no personal accident cover. Does anyone know of any policies that would be suitable? I would need enough money to pay for a groom or two to come and look after things for me should I be incapacitated. Thanks.

I have a hospital plan insurance and also a UNAT one for broken bones.

Don't know who you insure with, but NFU do PA under horse policies, pays for temporary and permanent disablement I think (would check that though!)
