Inside arena prices

Hi! Thinking of building a 25x50m inside arena beside our stable. Does anyone have any idea how much this would cost, excluding the floor (sand + rubber)?
Also, if you can recommend a building company please let me know! X

Lots and lots. You would also need planning permission for equestrian use as i -think- agricultural won't cover it, something to do with the height or something. Which always baffles me because even the biggest horse in the world still can't fling you 100ft in the air.

Already got the planning permission, just trying to get an idea of prices.

Sand and rubber isn’t a good choice of surface for an indoor. The sand dries out and becomes very deep - I’ve ridden on one.

Usually a couple of companies advertise in the Farmers weekly, and farmers guardian magazines occasionally 2nd hand ones as we.

Unless you put in a watering system you are likely to need a waxed surface which will increase the cost but is absolutely worth it.
