Hey,
Heard there is quite a major change to next years **** XC track planned which I thought people might be interested in...
After the second Capabilities Cutting crossing instead of heading towards the train crossing and cascade fences they are cutting down to the old lake at lion bridge which hasnt been used since Caroline Pratts death. Instead of jumping in as they used to they have made a causeway crossing (about 30m) the lake with a natural island in the middle of it. Not sure if they are jumping on/off or over the island yet as they havnt decided! Then they will curve up to the arena as per usual. As this will shorten the course slightly it is now likely that they will use the whole of the avenue of champions starting up towards the old cottesmore leap.
Should be exciting to watch!
