Last time I fell off i was trotting without stirrups 
o I know, I'm a novice!). I lost my balance and slid gracefully off the back of the horse and landed on my backside. Luckily for me I narrowly missed the pile of poles at the side of the arena! The poor horse just stopped and looked round at me as if to say 'what on earth are you doing down there?'
