They're a trading name of E&L, who have a really mixed reputation. You'll find lots of people on here who won't touch them with a bargepole, but others who have been happy with them and had successful claims. Just make sure you read ALL the small print and T&Cs of any policy really carefully. Check for any stipulations such as type of fencing in the horse's fields etc - from memory I think E&L won't pay out if there's any barbed wire present. If you're happy with everything in the small print and T&Cs, you ought to be okay. If you're ever unsure as to whether your insurer will pay out I'd probably make an extra effort to get everything confirmed in writing with your vet, even basic things like when you called them out etc. Just in case the insurer tries to wriggle out of paying and you need to provide proof that things were the way you said.

Thank you - I did wonder if they were linked to E&L, that does explain the price which seems much too good to be true!
