Insurance exclusion

So I was wondering if any one could offer an explanation for this :
I have a young horse who injured his leg a few years ago and I claimed on insurance for the injury .
Recently he had had to have a tooth extraction and again I am claiming on the insurance. Not settled yet .
So today I had an email from the insurers saying they are now excluding the horse from any treatment for colic ???? He has never had colic ?
I will phone in the morning and try to find out why but was wondering if any one else had experience of this ?

It could be they've typed in the wrong code/clicked the wrong button on the system when updating this year's exclusions?
I'm sure a quick phone call to them will soon resolve it :)

Nothing in history at all to warrant it. Don’t think there was any cavities- vet said it was quite common in youngsters
I will pop back tomorrow to update !
