Insurance for youngsters

Can anyone make any suggestions for an insurance company that would do 3rd party liability for youngsters being walked out in hand? I was going to go with the Good horsemanship Society membership after a suggestion on here, but they seem to have folded as I can't find any up to date info on them and the web pages have been taken down.

Babies are 2 and I want to get them walking out more round the villages, but they are just in headcollars and I don't want to put bits in them just for the sake of it.

I have my youngster (he's 2) insured with KBIS. Give them a ring, the lady I spoke to was really polite and nice

bhs gold membership covers you, your horses and anyone who you've given permission to handle your horses, for third party liability.

Would the BHS cover them just in headcollars? I was led to believe I wouldn't be covered if they didn't have a full bridle with bit, is this not true? I was going to go with BHDTA (driving version of BHS) until this was mentioned on this forum previously.
