Hi,

I've been looking at options as my renewal is coming up, and looking at KBIS in particular after all the good reviews.

The Leisure policy only has up to £3000 vets fees cover where as the full policy is £5000.
Is £3000 enough? What if I need a set of x-rays or referral to horsepital?

I'd appreciate any opinions/experiences.

I would say unless you have your own savings I would get the £5000 cover, you will need that for a full lameness work up + scans or hospitalisation and if god forbid your horse got colic.

Go for the £5k vet treatment is expensive and things add up really quickly!
