I would highly recommend KBIS they are brilliant & never had a problem getting them to pay out always paid no questions asked

I recently had a bill of about £1000 after my horse was diagnosed with ringbone, I sent the claim form off and the money, the full amount minus £135 excess, was in the bank withing 4 days!!

I'm just in the process of getting quotes and my current insurer KBIS is still the most competitive.
I spoke to a company called Animal Friends too and they were very competitive but I read some less than favourable reviews about their customer service. Has anyone else used them?

Stoneways were absolutely amazing when I had to claim. Genuinely the most helpful, least stressful insurance company you could ever wish for. I can't recommend them highly enough. And they haven't even excluded the leg (it was trauma so don't know if anyone else would either tbf but it was a 3k bill and she did have surgery so I wasn't expecting it to still be covered)
BH is with KBIS but I haven't had to claim yet so don't know how good they'll be. Reviews on here have always been good which is why I went with them for him. Bit cheaper than Stoneways but Nitty is such an absolute nightmare I wanted to make sure she was with someone I knew would pay out!!

SEIB I have been with them over 10yrs and claimed at least 6 time, including on going claim for LOU been absolutely amazing
