Getting quotes in for Murphy 5 YO Gelding Irish LW Cob, to do unaffiliated RC stuff. Huge variations in quotes....

from 450 - 750

Need loss of use, and vets fees covered to some degree with fixed excess. Dont need entry fees or tack etc covered as can manage all that - just peace of mind for huge scary vet bills in the worse case senario (fingers crossed it wont happen)

How much do you pay if you dont mind me askin and for what?

Hi, just renewed my insurance for 16hh standardbred and 13hh new forest for basic insurance plus scary vets fees £547 with AIUA

vets fees
loss of animal
tack
personal liability
personal accident

for category 1 activities with NFU.

Its the loss of use that pushes the price up.

ive just taken the loss of use off of one of my policies and the price went down by £160.
