Insurance when rider is not the owner

I have been looking for insurance for my 4yo lead rein Section A, and possibly more importantly, insurance for his rider(s). All of the policies I have seen so far cover riders if they are the owner or a relative of the owner. The kids I have riding my pony are friends' children, and I would like to insure them as well as the pony for general schooling, farm rides, hacking and showing. Has anyone come across any particular policies which would cover kids that aren't mine?

(I am also putting this post in competition riders as there are probably lots of HHOers in there who ride other peoples' horses.)

I think the BHS do rider insurance. But my insurance covers anyone who I give permission to ride my horse, so long as they aren't paying.

NFU do rider insurance. costs me £5 per month. covers rider, emergency vets fees for horse, and public liability......I think.
