Help! I cant seem to find cover for Arch for less than 60 - 80 pounds a month. I dont know why its so much.

Can anyone recommend a company that might be abit less?
Im with Stoneways at the mo and thats £64 a month

Mine are with petplan at about 20 per month but i dont insure them for very much for loss (Approx 1K).

Only 5k. Ive even tried putting in 4k, but it makes no difference.

Whats his value and what are you insuring for.

Petplan do a high excess which makes the premiums much lower.

NFU - They were £60 cheaper than Petplan for me (identical cover too).

Sounds like you must have loss of use cover if you are paying that much.

Give AmTrust Equine a try i have loss of use cover for my horse and i phoned round all the insurers and they were by far the cheapest and the most helpful.

Ive just got a quote from AmTrust and it was £39 a month. Im liking that ALOT!

I pay about £39 for Ronnie with NFU (he's insured for £4250 I think), the trailer is extra (about £10 extra I think).

£60+ is going to included loss of use.
Beware some of them make u pay a % of the insurance claim where as others its a set price.
