To insure your general use horses eg horses doing hacking, schooling, pony clubs how much do you pay?
What do you get cover wise?
Which insurer seems to be the best?

I've got two insured with KBIS, who paid out with no quibble and quickly last year for one of them.
My 10yr old is insured for £3k with £3k vets fees for £35 and my unbroken youngster is insured for £500 and costs £19 a month, with the same vets fees cover and a £135 excess.

I'm with pet plan and it has been great for us! She is insured for £1000 I think, maybe £1500 (was so long ago I did it) and with tack i think at £500 and vets fees up to £5k I pay £35 a month with a £135 excess.
I have claimed twice within a year, both claims over £1k and they paid out within days on both!
