Hiya looking for some general advice. My mare was sadly PTS at the young age of 6 a couple of weeks ago. I had her insured with KBIS and will be getting paid what I bought her for as part of my claim. Just wondering if anyone knows roughly how long it takes to process and for the money to come through? I just want it over and done with so I don't have to deal with it anymore. I don't know anyone who has had to wait for a pay out from insurance before so any info would be helpful, thanks
