Insurance

I pay around £300-£400 a year (Lol having trouble remembering the exact amount).

That is with 'petplan equine' as I have used this company for all of my other horses in the past. I own a cob that I mainly do hacking and fun rides with- so thats quite simular, but he is also insured for driving on roads, they can adjust the insurance to your requirements i.e- riding/driving etc.

i found nfu the cheapest and best value. there claims procedure is v good. no hassle service

when looking last year for insurance for my horse i actaully found NFU to be one of the most expensive
though he does have 100 % loss of use

i eventually went for Julie Andrews/Scotish Equestrian

other places i looked at were petplan, shearwater, and KBIS

most can do online quotes
except NFU i think, but they were happy enough to sort one out over the phone when i rang up

Good luck in your search!
