Insurance

I have been approached to rent out my empty stables. I am happy to do this but need to know if I should take out separate insurance to cover me for anything that may go wrong.
I am a BHS Gold member but I don't know if that covers me for liveries. I presume household insurance is not valid even though the stables etc are covered at present.
If I do need insurance who is the best and how much does it cost on average?All advice welcome.

Not 100% sure but think you need extra insurance

I use south Essex ins for everything equestrian. Fabulous to deal with and that's who BHS put their insurance thro

Might be a bit more expensive but at least they pay out
