can any of you people out there help with this one
if i have taken a friends horse somewhere on my lorry as a favour (no payment exchanged hands) and their horse damaged my lorry could you claim off of the horse insurance.

Read her policy...but I wouldn't have thought so

would you not be able to claim under the horse's third party liability?? Esp as no money exchanged hands as the insurance companies can be a bit funny about that.

I think you will need to claim off of your horsebox insurance. Or will your friend not pay for the damage?
