Can anyone recommend a reputable insurance company who will insure a veteran at and over aged 30?

Many thanks

Hi, my veteran is also 30 and as far as I am aware, they dont insure after 30, even for accidental. I could be wrong but when I looked into it, the veteran policies are 16-30 which is a real shame!

My old mare is 34 & is insured through NFU Mutual.

Vet cover to £1,000 plus 3rd party & death, I think.

Mine are insured with NFU. Ive got third party, fire and theft!!!
If they have to be pts due to an accident I am covered for £500 to cover it. If they die through illness Im not. I will check that my 31 yr old is covered in this way after seeing one of your replies! TBH it doesnt worry me if I have to pay to pts and dispose as its just something I have been prepared for for a while now. Costs something like £5 a month per horse which is worth it just to know if they get out and cause an accident I am covered. If you are a member of the BHS then you are covered anyway but I like to have my own cover just to be certain.

Sorry, I'm getting confused in my old age. Jenny WAS insured with NFU but we swapped to PetPlan this year as it was cheaper.
