Piglet thanks for your reply. I did leave Sam a couple of voicemails but he never got back to me so I gave up. Am were much easier to get hold of and chat with!
However the intensive training is on the back burner now for partly money reasons and also have made a breakthrough with usual teacher so am happy with current progress right now. I've also has a course of physio on me which has helped my flexibility (along with the stretches physio makes me do twice a day!) and position enormously
