Hi. Does anything know anywhere up north (yorkshire way but will travel) for a few days intensive lessons? I know of talland and prestige but both are around 3 hours away. Thanks
I’ve been to Ingestre for Schoolmaster lessons whilst I was waiting for my foal to grow up ? I can honestly say I enjoyed every minute . I’m now able to think back to what Rob Lovatt taught me while I’m riding my own horse.Ooh thank you both. Have either of you been/can recommend? Many thanks
I don't think they have horses anymore/only offer training on your own, but I shall double check thank you xYRC (Yorkshire Riding Centre near Harrogate) ?? Not been myself for ages but had a v good reputation at one time

Agree with this. Only note of caution - their arenas are often booked for multiple lessons at once. Not a problem for most lessons but on occasion it can be too busy.I train at Ingestre as regularly as I can afford to.
If you want to sit on a horse who will do the tricks automatically so you can say you've ridden a line of 1s, its not for you. If you want to learn how your riding affects the horse and how to effectively adapt and influence the horse, its perfect.
