Hi all. I'm thinking of booking 2 or 3 days at ingestre for some intensive lessons. I was wondering how many lessons a day you would go with?

How riding fit are you at the moment? How many hours do you currently spend in the saddle?

Not enough lol! Riding 2 or 3 times a week but mainly walk as horse has arthritis. But I'm generally quite fit, just not riding fit!

I would aim for 2 sessions first day, one on the second, and 2 on the third. Assuming sessions are 50 mins ish
