Does anyopne else have experience of this - 'organisation'.
I feel they may be a con?

They have taken my daugher's school's membership fee, failed to post scores, cancelled events with practically 0 notice and charge very high fees for each event (double Brirish Riding Club entry fees and the same or more than BSJA in my area - this is a SCHOOLS compeition?

i have written to them and asked for our membeship fee back as it has not be of any use - at this point they gone deaf and failed to reply to my mail.

i am 'in charge' of 3 other schools potential membership but at the moment, given how precious resources are ...??

Anyone else had similar experience?

We have done quite a lot of NSEA competitions including championships. Most of the competitions are run by different schools and not the NSEA (they are just the governing body). Have found most of the events to be well organised and fun.

All, or most inter- schools competitions are now run under the banner of the NSEA. You will find that you need to be registered in order to compete inter- schools.

I guess the point is the school IS registered - registration COSTS a fee - we paid it - so to do so and then not get any replies to questions is VERY frustrating. There used to be competitions in our regional that were NOT affiliated to NSEA but they seem to have druiven them out - shame - as so many schools around here can't afford to pay the registration fee (for a minority of students).
SOOOO frustrating.

We did it before as well - it was OK when schools seemed to run it themselves. Now, seems like someone is trying to make money. Shame as was 'open', fun, child-centric competition! I just really object to people taking money and then becoming 'silent / uncommunicative'.
