Interesting behaviour in a gelding

I turned my big lad out today with his stable mate a 16.2 TB ex race horse. Normally my boy is quiet as a lamb, they will muck around and nibble etc but today I watched him take the TB's front leg in his teeth and force him down to the ground while leaning on him.
No polos for him tonight Im thinking!

Was it just a bit of rough playing? My tb horse nips at my ankles and swishes his head about as if he wants me to play/run after him. He is just a big child.

i dont know whats wrong with our gelding theyv shredded anothers rug and are always playing with one another sunday was a funny day they were mounting one another and even my own lad was doing
