Two euthanised but both had got up and continued running. Wouldn't be surprised if Synchronised was injured on landing there but worsened the injury while continueing his jumping around the track free.

I don't mind people expressing there condolances for poor Synchronised and According to Pete, and have the thread as a memory of those poor horses.
But also the fantastic performances of the other horses, especially Neptune

I have mixed feelings about racing. It does seem hard to justify the high odds of horses dying in a particular race. I wasn't aware that only one view point was allowed. Surely healthy discussion should be welcomed?
