International transport recommendations

I am currently living in Dallas, TX but am returning home to the UK soon. I want to bring my 6year old TB mare back with me. She is a great animal with so much potential, leaving her behind isn't an option.

Can any one recommend a good transport company?

Does anyone have any advice on international transportation of horses?

Hi

We use Lyn and Pete for all of our international transport and they are fabulous. Horses are superbly cared for and get off the box as fresh as daisies, calm and unstressed, prices are very competitive and it is a real family business with attention to detail. We have been using them to transport our horses from Spain for over three years now and wouldn't use anyone else.

Thank you. I am contacting him today. From the website it looks like they mainlt transport through Europe and I am looking to transport my mare from the USA. Any contact is a great start though.

I recommend international Racehorse Transport

they don't just move racehorses, very professional

Yes, people have recommended IRT to me before as well. I looked into transporting my gelding from Devon to the USA, and their price was very competitive.

I would be interested to hear who you use, in case I do ever get my boy over here!

I am using IRT and am very happy with them so far. They are handling everything!!!

My mare flys on the 16th April.
