a certain well know on line seller D....H.... has once again still not delivered, they have now split my order in 2 and expecting half of delivery in the next few days and the rest middle of month (only found this out by phoning today!) it should have been here on SATURDAY!!

wouldnt mind but they took the money last friday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!


anyone else have problems with them?

rant over but still annoyed!
 
Yes, I ordered a rug which said would be delivered 24th October. I ordered a slightly more expensive one because the one i wanted wouldn't be in stock until mid November. Phoned at weekend as update on website said awaiting stock from supplier, and girl said wouldn't be in stock until mid November, when I was horrified, she backtracked and said she might be wrong and someone from customer services would ring me Monday. Anyway, no-one rung, so I rang them again. They couldn't tell when it would be in stock and I said that if they couldn't guarantee delivery by the weekend then I would cancel the Order. They cancelled the order there and then and I have had my money back. I wouldn't use them again.
 
Yes I ordered some stirrup leathers, it said when I ordered them they would be dispatched mid sept, mid oct comes and no stirrup leathers or contact so I email them and they're out of stick and they're 'looking for alternatives' and offer me an alternative that's £1 more expensive for the same price as a goodwill gesture for the inconvenience!!! What annoyed me most was that I had to contact them to find out anything and if I hadn't I'd still be in the dark!
 
Never had any problems with them till I ordered a rug at the end of september. Several days after it should of arrived no sign of it.

Left it a few more days and emailed them no reply. Check the my account part of the website and it still says order being processed. Fast forward to end of october and it still says order being processed. Have looked on the website and the rug I ordered isn't even available anymore.

Going to ring them tomorrow haven't bothered before now as money hasn't been taken. Probably wont bother using them again.
 
I placed a big order a few weeks ago, and they just cancelled one item without even telling me. Got 2 orders in at the moment, one of them is now 10 days old and I got email to day to say they have despatched one half of it only. The final order they havent even advised me about yet. They used to be very good, but not any more
 
I did a big order from DH about three weeks ago. Everything has been & gone back except for one item that on their website says to be despatched within 2-6 working days.
I took a photo of the website & tweeted saying that I wasn't impressed & where was mine that was ordered 3 weeks ago. Had a phone call yesterday to tell me they aren't expecting a delivery until late November now. Not very impressed. Don't think the website has changed either.
 
Just checked my outstanding orders on line and the one I am still waiting for states "with credit control department". The money has cleared my account, and its showing on their site as fully paid, so what on earth is that all about. Ive emailed them. See what excuse they come up with this time. Think this is the last time I will order from them, they used to be really good
 
i have posted on their facebook page and was not at all surprised to see a few others complaing, they are really shocking and yes they are due me money too! absoluterly ridiculous
 
I've never had a problem with DH and ride away too are great.
But as for equestrian clearance never ever again!!!!

Interesting, I find Ride Away great and equestrian clearance fantastic every time! dont bother with DH any more, more trouble then its worth...

My personal favourite at the moment is Hope Valley... really impressed with them! As were Retford Saddlery recently...
