There seems to be quite a few new people joining in in AAD, I know we`ve had a breed thread but why not introduce the dogs lol
Just a little piccie and a little bit about them

Cyrus - Cyablos Captin Jack

Lord Muck as you can see My dream come true 6 years ago, I`d wanted a Siberian since I was 8 years old and at 21 I finally got my wish.
He was the beginning of all this madness and I cant thank him enough always there to give his mummy a cuddle when she needs it and the first one to greet you when you walk through the door.

Likes - Food, walks, running in harness
Dislikes - Hoovers and being groomed

Diablo - Fëanor Séregon

The pussycat This little guy is an absolute demon in harness he would try to run through a brick wall if you asked him too.
Hes a sensitive little soul who is loved by everyone who meets him, he cant stand being without his pack

Likes - being lead dog, running, running and erm more running
Dislikes - Being left alone

Loco - Kegluneqs Hot Thing

My four legged soulmate worth every hour of the two year wait we had to bring her home, shes a wonderful dog to have around.
She loves all other dogs which the malamute is not known for dog, bitch, big or small she doesnt care shes very willing to make them her new best friend.

Likes - running in harness with Diablo, food and playing with other dogs
Dislikes - fish unless its tuna or sardines, being without her mummy

Jack (Hogans Hooch)

Jack was my 17th birthday present having done pretty much no research into the breed and my goodness he's the best dog I could ask for! He's an Alsation with short legs (as all Corgis are) with a big bark and a big heart. He's such a good ambassador for the breed and he's friendly, well behaved and exhibits no breed associated behaviour (heel nipping/herding etc) also, he's a PAT dog now so bringing joy to even more people (just got to find him a placement).

Likes - food, walks with a whole pack (well me and mummy) children with sweets and cuddles on the sofa

Dislikes - our cats, not being fed.

Otto - Snotbagus Deridius

The World's Best Springer Spaniel and a Living Legend! Worth all the tantrums and frustration, as he is beginning to turn into a cracking little dog. Made me the proudest dog owner ever when he found his first pricked bird (that had been missed by far more experienced dogs) and retrieved it to hand, then walked off the lead at heel, all the way to the game cart to hand it over. Not bad for a dog that was never going to be able to go off the lead, let alone work!

Likes - Things that can be chased, things that can be eaten, sleeping, running, stinking bogs and brambles.

Dislikes - Things that cannot be chased or eaten, the hairdryer and Geese.

This is Charlie Brown. My rottie.

ok he's a JRT but don't tell him how small he is he thinks he's huge.
I never wanted a dog, even when i was a child, I liked them and would walk my neighbers dog but i didn't want one of my own. Then just over a year ago i carried a small brown 1hr old puppy back from the vets at 1 am. His mum was to ill to look after him so i stayed up and fed him every 2 hrs. It was love at first sight. We had a strong bond right from the start and i beged my boss to sell him to me and she eventualy said YES . He's had a tough life so far. He got ill as a puppy then when he was a bit older he got hold of some slug pellets while out on a walk (we think someone had dumped them) He was so ill the vets told me he wouldn't make it. But he did and he's as cheeky as ever but i love him so so much.
Likes: food, food, food.
Dislikes: mummy going anywhere without him and the sucky up monster (hover)

After years of asking, I was finally allowed to get my own dog when I turned 16. On the basis it was a mini schnauzer as they don't shed, are small and *supposed* to be good with people. Thinks she's a labrador. Turning 9 this year

Likes - Food, sleeping, comfort, Motley Crue blanket.

Dislikes - being told what to do, people, children, everything really that isn't listed above

Cindy aka Midget KC name Saintfield Bessie

Current main gundog, was bought a few months after Windsor was PTS. Thought she'd never make it as a gundog due to an incident involving bangers that the next door neighbours kids set off. Runt of the litter. Not the smartest, but really tries. She'll be 3 in June.

Likes - Swiming, looooooooong walks, shooting, chewing things!

Dislikes - Not getting enough attention!

Tina aka Tinadog

This is my old girl, she's 10/11 now. Semi-retired gundog and I can't express how wonderful she is Terrible picture though, but I think her expression shows just how disgusted she is by the lack of pigeons on that day Got her eye removed after developing gluacoma. Continued to work afterwards though.

Likes - shooting, swimming, sleeping, sitting on my knee!

Dislikes - not much annoys this dog, she is fab!

St Sweep - aka Tahiti Tom - my second cocker spaniel. Got him as an eight week old puppy and he is now 12. What can I say - he is my little buddy.

Likes - bed, water, sticks, tennis balls, curry, pasta and pigs ears

Dislikes - cats (is scared of them really) and any other animal getting hurt (big softy!)

Max - aka The Moo - got him in August last year after I thought we were being burgled in the middle of the night and realised that St Sweep was deaf!! Needed a big shouty dog - called 3 rescues and Labrador Trust were the first and only one to call back on the Monday - Max arrived on the Friday!!

Likes - walkies, water, chasing hares, bones and hooning around

Dislikes - nothing!!

My shadow, a gift from my ex after my last bitch that I was very very close to was saddly stolen. Is like an extension of me, sleeps in the bed with me every night and is number 2 (me being number one) in the pack.
Likes; cuddles, hunting, children and junk food!
Dislikes; anything she should be eating, vets, hoovers, having claws cut (she's a pampered drama queen TBH !

Tilly

Longest serving member of current pack, rescue dog to be rehabilitated that never left (6 years ago) due to her appalling mental state as well as the easier to fix physical state. Very loyal and affectionate. Currently having a midlife crisis and reverted to her lost puppyhood!
Likes; lamping, sprawling on the sofa, cuddles, theiving everything and anything and FOOOOOOOODDDDDDD!
Dislikes; other dogs, cats, 'intruders'

Milo

Entire male, baby of the family even though he is 2 years older than Flora! Completely stupid, best temprement you could ever wish for in a dog. Has his own ferrets! Firmly knows his place right at the bottom of my pack!
Likes; Everything! all animals, dogs, people, children... Goes mad for prawns! Loves life!
Dislikes; Nothing, he's the most happy go lucky dog I've ever met!

Typical vizsla and I'm sure needs not much else said about her! She does like food alot which is unusual for a vizsla. Well trained and ever complemented on her exceptional mannars for a vizz! My little showing queen and the true baby of the family.
Likes; Showing, working, walking, water, sitting so close to the fire she is nearly in it, being with me and 'helping' me Making plenty of noise to get her 'needs' heard!
Dislikes; Other dogs jumping on her uninvited, getting up in the mornings!

Our new dog Tyson.Lab x rottie 8months old and becoming the most wonderful dog.We have had him almost a month now and despite a few teething problems literally, we wouldn't change him for the world.He was rescued by my sons friend from an abusive home.

She's a short, fat and hairy little gobsh*te who likes to give lip to all and sundry at the VERY TOP OF HER YAPPY VOICE. She's 14 going on 4. She is the most spoiled dog I have ever had and she's not even mine - she's technically my dads and goes everywhere with him. She's very good at catching mice. And moles.

She doesn't like cats. Or spangles. Or pigeons. Or squirrels. Or other terriers. She tolerates collies, labradors, hounds and (randomly) puggles.

And did I mention that she's VERY LOUD...though she is going slightly deaf. At least that's her excuse.

Pet hates: Forced cuddles, feet being touched (Bluey anything being touched for medicinal purposes). Kidneys or liver for tea.

Well, if I must post pictures of the Galupy dogs again ...

Steamboat Willie: breed unknown, but suggested by HHO: lab; collie; spangle eek; pointer; beagle, and many more cross. It's a pretty fancy name for a mutt, but the shelter we got him from had called him "Steamboat" so we added the "Willie" part and that's what we call him. We got him from a local shelter 5 years ago and he was found as a stray in Boston. He's almost six now ... he was about 8 months old when we got him. He thinks he's the #3 after my OH and me ...

AKA: "Steamy" "Wills" "Willie Wonka" and "the Black and White."

Likes: tennis balls, swimming after tennis calls, chasing tennis balls, sleeping with tennis balls, food, snuggling.

Dislikes: going to the vet; having his paws touched; being woken up, Dakota.

Bella Beagle: um beagle! We got Bella from a beagle rescue group five years ago. She is six and a half (guess).The rescue group we got her from got her from a group that got her from a kill shelter in Virginia, drove her north, and then gave her to the breed specific group to rehome her. She was adopted by somebody before us but returned to the rescue because she didn't like being locked away from the beagle they already had ... She is quite possibly the best dog I have ever known and she is definitely my dog as she loves to go to horsey events with me as a spectator - she gets really excited to see the horses but she is always well-behaved and the last one I went to the on-call vet wanted to take her home with him

Likes: sniffing, hiking, sniffing some more, and yet more sniffing, watching TV, food, snuggling.

Dislikes: people being loud, big dogs, and being told off.

Dakota: beagle. We got Dakota almost three years ago from the same rescue group we got Bella from. Only he was a foster dog, he just wouldn't accept the fact that he wasn't supposed to stay with us forever so here he still is. He is seven and spent the first four years of his life locked in a back yard with two female beagles and no other kind of people or canine socialisation. He still suffers from it today despite being out and about three times a day. He was surrendered to the rescue group by his owners who lived in upstate New York. When he came to us he was sluggish and thin-coated and we found out he had an untreated thyroid problem. He's a like a different dog now with good medication. Once he gets to know you, he is the most faithful dog you will ever know.

Ex-racing greyhound from Ireland (she won races!), got her from GRWE, she will be 7 years old in July.

Otherwise known as Leibling, which I hope means 'darling' cos otherwise I might be calling her something very rude , she is THE most beautiful and stunning greyhound in the whole wide world ever...

Likes: being admired, sleeping, chasing cats/rabbits/deer/pheasants...well, anything really

Dislikes: Getting wet

Really hates: cats. And I mean REALLY hates there......

Rescue greyhound from Ireland, never raced as she didnt grow big enough so she was dumped, she was a starvation case when found, got her from GRWE. Only 23" at the shoulder, so nearly whippet sized , she has been really rewarding to own and no longer has food issues - AND she comes back on walks!

Likes: being with me, sleeping (especially on my bed), getting filthy on walks, pigs ears

Dislikes: being hosed off when coming back from walks

Rescue greyhound x whippet (although I call her a greyhound because it is easier) from the wonderful Cayla here on HHO, who I managed to wear down by constant nagging until she let me have Amy

Also known as Aimless (she runs around in aimless circles), shmamey, and That Bloody Dog when she dances around 6 feet away from me and wont be caught on a walk

Likes: life really, she is SUCH a joyful happy little dog and loves everyone and everything
