Looking a bit bewildered, I was trying to get his attention and I think he thinks Im a bit odd He seems quite settled though, has eaten well and is lapping water fine, slept in his playpen last night until 5am this morning and is fascinated by the big dogs who are equally amused by him. They had been warned to expect a little brother but even they are surprised how small he is. So far, so good...only problem is Im not getting much done!
How are you supposed to do anything with I'm to play with?! Even my grown up dogs are massive time wasters, just looking at them and watching them play!
Thanks all, Splashgirl, Im not a jr person either but his mum is just so lovely Ive been converted CT, he is "in" with the big dogs whilst Im around, have to playpen him when Im not just in case he gets squashed or tries to jump on the sofa and falls! They are a bit confused by his smallness but Chloe spangle is allowing him to curl up with her on the sofa and even lets him play with her fabuous tail. Alfie is a bit scared of him (big wuss) but as long as Im about to protect him happy to snuggle up as well, if Im not he gets on the sofa out of reach. The old IWS couldnt care less who sleeps where tbh and is long past playing with puppies, he just sleeps and lets everyone else get on with it. Im back to working mornings from Tuesday so he will be playpenned from 9 til half one but my neighbour will be coming in around 11 to check all is well and take him out for a wee (he is paper trained). Once Im happy he is big enough to hold his own and they are all happy together they will all be free range.
