introducing hunting

hi
basically i have a 8yr old mare who is a bit sharp and spooky. i would love to take her hunting, she has never been before i can be abit of a plonker if she has to go away from other horses (which would be when i want to go home etc)

any ideas on best way to introduce her to hunting? any calmers i could give her or best way to approach it etc?
