This is my first venture into photobucket and posting photos so I want to introduce my Mollie Collie. Here she is this afternoon going mad on the beach - can never get a decent photo of her because she moves so fast. I took the dogs for a really good walk before the storm came in as it looks like we won't be going far tomorrow.
I found Mollie two years ago in town on a Friday as I was coming home from work - she was hopping around the road on three legs outside a shop and when I investigated further I found her hind leg dangling in two pieces. Without thinking I picked her up (amazingly she let me) and drove her to the vet who fortunately was still there. I had to make an on-the spot decision to have her fixed up. To cut a long story short she needed a titanium plate in her leg and no one ever came looking for her so she's still here with me.
Hard to believe the state the leg was in seeing her run! She's the sweetest girl.
