I have bitten the bullet and gone out today and bought some...then passed out at the price....

The instructions say 'introduce gradually over 5 days'

I shall be feeding 2 scoops a day cos I have an ickle horse, so do I start off with half a scoop and build it up then

We have been feeding a 16.2hh warmblood mare with 1 scoop a day and have seen great results with that so you might not even need to feed that much. We just stuck her on a scoop straight away and noticed a difference in 2/3 days.

Briefly yes, but I'm reminded that a year or so ago there was a thread running where someone had found the measure included in the tub was not the same size as the instructions suggested. Do check!

ETS I feed mine a scoop a day as well.

Ooooh great news, thank you very much both of you, I shall go with one scoop a day then and it will last longer

He will have his first dose tonight...eeek!

When i fed it I rang the NAF helpline and they said if it were to work you would see the benefits quite quickly...was something odd like 9 days from all their 'field tests'. This reassured me that I wouldn't be committed to buying too much if it didn't work.

we tried naf magic for 2 months and it didn't take enough edge off him like magnitude does now. We have a spooky nervous welsh d and now he's getting alot braver out on his own.

Magic was BRILL for my mad gelderlander!! (as i think i wrote in an earlier post somewhere!!)
He is on 2 blue scoops a day every day, but then he is 16.3!, im convinced feeding it is the only reason we got from unaf prelim to Affil Ad med in 4 years!!

It would be helpful if my feed merchants sold it in smaller quantities than 1kg at £25 a go I suppose

I reckon I am going to start a business doing feed/suppliments in trial sizes so people trying to find the right solution do not have to keep paying out shedloads of money on stuff that isnt right for their horse

You are right Acolyte thats a good idea - on same principle as trial size shampoos! Think 1KG is the smallest quantity with Magic.
