hello! would like to introduce my latest rescue addition.... 11 weeks old lurcher pup who i have named vera

she is a lovely little thing... full of confidence (possibly has a little too much..)

had notification that the rescue were getting pups in on thurs morning, had a 3 second vid thurs evening and that was it hooked! collected her on saturday.
i have previously had a bitch from this rescue and after losing my 16 year old girl in jan had asked them to keep a look out for a young bitch pup.

she is collie whippet greyhound and she joins my other 2 lurchers - although at the moment even when she is in her cage they aren't too keen to be in the same room! she is a tiny bundle of mischief

She has grown up beautifully, a really proper lurcher as of old. We used to breed and show them in the days before anything with a bit of sighthound was called a lurcher! They are very easy to show, often in a more relaxed manner than the show dogs at Crufts.
Have fun.
