iphone music

Does anybody have any idea how to stop your iphone music jumping around when you are riding?

I bought a sports armband that you can put your iphone/ipod in but the music still jumps around when riding.

Any suggestions?

In your settings, there's a shake to shuffle option that you need to turn off
