Hi had a thread about this a few weeks ago.
Was told Irish piebald and skew bald society and horse board helping out with it.

But turns out a lot of irish cons wasn't dna typed. So not recorded at weatherbys.
So I'll have to get my mares sorted.
Stallion owner very nice was going to pay the extra money to get his stallion recorded ect. But stallion is black heavy irish cob so the I.S.P.S can't register him only as a normal id book. He was surpreme champion 2010 and now I can't get him on my foals book. I can just get plain normal id passport no breeding on it. All because irish con society.

I love the I.S.P.I and have a few of mine there. But where can I get a society so I can register a foal with solid colour that has breeding and not just a id passport. This year I have no choice have yo get one. But next year.

I don't think any society will register breeding if the sire and dam aren't registered - people would make anything up and try to get a passport with breeding on, which would make having any breeding on the passport useless.

I know breeding won't be on it as ICS messed that up for me. But just hate a id passport. Will have to sort something for next year. Thanks

Think sadly it'll have to a white id ISH job. Hopefully next year it'll be sorted. If stallion is getting DNA'd and mare is too but not 3 gens you could get a blue book with breeding recorded from ISH? Actually I think they're all green now. So foal could be NA1/2. The old supplementary 1 or 2 book?
