Irish Draught Points List (BSJA)?

Whilst wading through the BSJA site I noticed an Irish Draught points list. Whats all that about as cant find any reference to it anywhere else.
Only ask as Ed is part bred and part breds are included.

The Irish Draught Society gives prizes for the best IDs, it was launched a few yers ago.

They still do one for dressage & it's still running in 2007. They need to be at least 50% ID.
Q won their Novice award for last years winters & summers. Cash/ rossette & great prizes.
