I actually thought the advert was very good.
The pony looks in top notch condition, and has had the odd child sitting on it's back - oh and been broken to harness. Nothing has been said about 'work' perse. Where exactly is the problem?
It's quite common to back a large horse at 2, so why not a well developed pony?
Exactly what I was thinking, I know plenty of people who have sat there little ones on young ponies to walk them around the yard or up the road. The pony has been to shows but it does not say it has been ridden in countless classes per day and thrashed around a school by an over weight young rider. Plenty of people are happy to take on a 2yr old failed racer, what's the difference?
I can understand where people are coming from but think it is jumping to a few conclusions based on slightly vague advert. Very nice little pony though and if it has been exposed to all these things then will hopefully make a lovely bomb proof child's first pony. And come on, every horsey mad child drempt of a pony for christmas.
