Morning all
Not a very serious question just something I was musing over this bright and sunny (I wish) Saturday morning.
I was looking at some photos last night of me jumping my boy who has just turned 15 and whilst I am more than happy just jumping for fun at a local level it did get me thinking it's just as well because he is too old now to embark on an affiliated career.
Am I correct? I know there are lots of horses competing at a very high level in their late teens but they are generally up there from a younger age and just maintain it.
Like I say I have no plans to do this and quite frankly whether Max is too old or not I am definitely too old and too scared to do it, I would just be interested to hear other's opinions and experiences
